These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at sitedogwoodway.click and any chart commission or investor relations data storytelling service provided by Dogwood Way Analytics ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By submitting a commission brief, confirming a quote, or using this website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Services

We provide investor relations chart preparation, earnings presentation visuals, annual report data narratives, and related disclosure-support artwork. Our deliverables are visual and documentary in nature. We do not provide legal, accounting, audit, or investment advice. Final disclosure content remains your responsibility.

3. Commissions and quotes

All work is scoped through written quotes confirmed by both parties. Scope, timeline, fees, and deliverable formats are defined in the quote. Work outside agreed scope requires a supplementary quote. We reserve the right to decline commissions where source data cannot be verified or deadlines cannot be met with quality standards intact.

4. Client obligations

You agree to provide accurate source data, brand assets, disclosure templates, and legal-approved language within agreed timelines. Delays in client-provided materials may shift delivery dates without fee reduction. You are responsible for the accuracy of all figures we chart.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use delivered chart artwork in your investor relations materials, subject to any third-party font or image licences noted in delivery documentation. We retain the right to display anonymised chart structure in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing design assets remain our property.

6. Confidentiality

We treat unreleased financial data as confidential and use secure file exchange channels agreed at commission start. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties except as required by law or with written consent.

7. Revisions

Each commission includes the revision rounds specified in the quote. Additional revision rounds are billed at our then-current hourly rate. Revisions requiring re-verification of source data due to client-side figure changes may incur supplementary fees.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost investor confidence, regulatory penalties, or market reactions. You acknowledge that chart artwork is one component of disclosure and that legal and finance teams retain final approval responsibility.

9. Website use

You may not use this website to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content for commercial republication. Information on this website is for general reference and does not constitute an offer until confirmed in a written quote.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. Commissions in progress at the time of update remain governed by the Terms in effect when the quote was confirmed.
