Fee guidance for chart commissions
Our fees reflect chart count, data complexity, revision scope, and timeline — not subscription tiers. Every quote is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Commission rate table
| Commission | Starting fee (KRW) | Typical timeline | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quarterly Earnings Chart Package | 4,800,000 | 10–14 business days | Up to 12 charts; per-chart overage quoted |
| Annual Report Data Narrative | 12,500,000 | 4–6 weeks | 8–15 spreads; print proofing included |
| Investor Roadshow Slide Refresh | 2,200,000 | 5–7 business days | Up to 8 chart slides; express surcharge available |
| Ad-hoc single chart | 450,000 | 2–3 business days | Per chart; minimum engagement may apply |
Estimate factors. Final fees depend on: number of business segments requiring separate panels; bilingual (Korean/English) annotation; restated comparatives from prior periods; rush delivery inside standard timelines; on-site working sessions in Seoul; and additional revision rounds beyond the two included in each commission.
Deposits and payment
We request a 40% deposit upon quote acceptance, with the balance due upon final file delivery. Invoices are issued in KRW. Overseas clients may pay via international wire transfer; currency conversion fees are the client's responsibility.
What pricing does not include
Legal review, English translation of narrative text, XBRL tagging, webcast production, and stock photography licensing are outside our scope unless added by separate agreement. We provide chart artwork and annotated source files — not printed annual reports or bound shareholder mailings.
Quote process
Submit a brief with your reporting period, approximate chart count, and disclosure deadline. We respond within two business days with a scoped quote. No work begins until you confirm in writing.
