How the commission unfolds
Day 1–2 — Source audit. We reconcile your spreadsheet series against prior filings and flag gaps before any chart is drawn. Missing segment splits or restated comparatives are documented in a short memo for your finance team.
Day 3–5 — Storyboard. A pencil layout (delivered as PDF) maps the narrative sequence: headline KPI, variance drivers, segment performance, cash position, and guidance context. Your IR lead signs off before production begins.
Day 6–11 — Production. Charts are built with high-contrast palettes suited to projection rooms and printed annual supplements. Axis labels follow K-IFRS terminology unless you specify IFRS or US GAAP equivalents.
Day 12–14 — Revision & handoff. Two structured revision rounds accommodate legal comments and CFO wording changes. Final delivery includes annotated source files and a one-page chart index for your disclosure archive.
Constraints we work within
We do not invent figures. Every data point traces to a cell reference you provide or approve. Charts showing forward guidance carry explicit qualifier language your legal team supplies. We decline commissions where source data cannot be verified at least 48 hours before the production deadline.
